Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RN direct patient care experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license in Georgia or Compact multi-state license.
• Current BLS certification; NRP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respectful of age/gender/culture/disease diversity.
• Collaborates with patients and families using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Supports performance improvement and shared governance initiatives across the care team.
