Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RN experience in patient care.
• Must be licensed RN in Georgia or Compact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to age, gender, and disease, reflecting cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to align goals and care plans.
• Maintain current clinical practice standards and participate in governance and quality initiatives.
• Assist with performance improvement and data collection as part of system initiatives.
