Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• BLS Instructor certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and ensures individualized care.
• Provides patient-centered care across diverse populations and adapts to cultural needs.
• Collaborates with the care team, using bedside rounds and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Supports performance improvement and participates in shared governance.
