The RN Clinical Nurse is an interdisciplinary team member delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care within Wellstar's governance and professional practice models. You will participate in the nursing process, provide patient-centered care across diverse populations, and collaborate with patients, families, and care teams.

Qualifications

• RN license in GA or Compact state.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with direct patient care.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
• Strong English communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
• Collaborate with patients and families using bedside shift reports, rounds, and education.
• Practice according to current clinical standards and Wellstar policies.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance across the team.
• Plan for care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development.
