Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking an RN for Labor & Delivery and Newborn Transition Team (NTT) to provide patient-centered care across antepartum to immediate newborn transition. You will collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, neonatal teams, and other professionals to promote safe and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care for laboring patients, newborn assessments, and newborn stabilization following delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN required.
• BSN preferred.
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn transition patients.
• Monitor fetal heart tracings and respond to changes in maternal-fetal status.
• Assist with labor management, deliveries, and postpartum care; support newborn stabilization.
