Qualifications

• RN licensure and BCLS required to practice.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts in Nursery/OB settings.
• May require ACLS/PALS; immunizations and hospital competencies expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report condition changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
• Maintain infection control and ensure patient safety standards.
• Operate medical equipment and participate in life-saving protocols.
• Document care thoroughly and participate in quality improvement.
