Fremont Hospital in Fremont, CA is seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator RN for the night shift (11:00pm–7:30am). You will perform initial medical screenings and collaborate with medical staff to direct patients to the appropriate level of care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in California required.
• Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred; advanced MH degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year direct clinical psychiatric/mental health experience.
• CPR/AED certification current; CPI training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform Initial Medical Screening Assessments for incoming patients.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff to direct patients to appropriate level of care.
• Support Assessment & Referral Team during night shift.
