Kettering Health Network in Miamisburg, OH seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will use the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with health care teams, and document patient responses in the EMR. The RN will work under the Clinical Nurse Manager and participate in performance improvement activities, ensuring care aligns with KH Network missions and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN or CCNE)
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire)
• Registered Nurse licensed in Ohio (RN)
• BLS certification; ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Assists in delegation of care and participates in performance and practice improvement activities.
• Documents nursing care and patient responses in the electronic medical record.
• Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager and maintains professional development within the scope defined by law.
