Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire).
• BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS as determined by unit scope.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide care in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Be accountable for own professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure safe care, including delegation and performance improvement involvement.
• Deliver nursing care in alignment with Kettering Health Network's missions and values.
