Job summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for KH Miamisburg on the night shift. The RN will deliver patient-centered nursing care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety, quality, and continuity.

Role supports regulatory compliance and KH's mission. The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license with BLS (ACLS preferred) and has or is pursuing BSN/ADN with acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• RN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs via interviews, exams, and medical history review.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans with patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Document all aspects of patient care in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and prevention.
