Job summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking an RN Resource for the night shift at Miamisburg to provide patient-centered care and collaborate with the health care team across diverse settings.

The position requires an active Ohio RN license and an accredited nursing degree (ADN or BSN). BLS is required or obtainable within 30 days; BSN and ACLS or specialty certs are preferred. Not-for-profit system serving SW Ohio.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current, valid RN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• BSN preferred; ACLS or specialty certification advantageous.
• One year of clinical nursing experience in acute care or relevant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care with the healthcare team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and continuity of care across diverse clinical settings.
• Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with KH mission and B Safe program.
