Job summary

Kettering Health Network invites experienced Registered Nurses to join KH Miamisburg for full-time night shifts. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold our mission to deliver safe, compassionate health services.

Ohio-licensed RNs with a BSN preferred (within 5 years if new graduate) and BLS mandatory; ACLS/NRP/PALS as required by unit scope. Join a not-for-profit health system dedicated to excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire if new graduate).
• BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS as determined by unit scope.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Act as a patient advocate for safe care, including delegation and involvement in performance improvement.
• Deliver care in alignment with the KH Network mission, vision, values and nursing philosophies.
