Job summary

Saint Francis Health System is seeking a Licensed Respiratory Therapist for the Nights shift in the Respiratory Care Float Pool. The role supports multiple entities including Yale Campus, Tulsa, with a generous sign-on and relocation package.

Minimum education is graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care program; licensure as RCP in Oklahoma, NBRC credentials (CRT/RRT), and BLS within 2 months of hire are required. 1 year of CC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.
• Active Oklahoma Provisional/ RCP license or temp license issued by Oklahoma Medical Board.
• CRT/RRT credential NBRC.
• BLS certification within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver respiratory care in accordance with hospital standards and policies.
• Provide mechanical ventilation and monitoring of patient status.
• Perform ventilator maintenance and setting changes; monitor patient response.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and document accurately.
• Respond to code blues and emergencies; participate in mentoring staff and quality initiatives.
