Pittsburgh Mercy, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Residential Support Specialist for night shift to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently. You will provide personalized care and help with daily living activities, promoting safety and well-being.

You will implement behavioral support plans, organize community activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver License and ability to drive organization vehicle.
• Access to transportation travel locally.
• Act 33/34/73 Clearances.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Physical/TB.
• Must complete Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized care by developing and implementing care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene and meals.
• Implement behavioral support plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Foster community integration through activities and outings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff for holistic care.
