Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. You will join the Interdisciplinary Team to plan services and foster skill development in daily living activities.

You will train clients in cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and maintain medical summaries and records in a supportive, team-oriented environment at Pittsburgh Mercy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Valid Driver License and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Clearances and pre-employment requirements (Physical/TB, Drug Screen).

Responsibilities

• Provide training and assistance with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene).
• Complete Medical and Psychiatric Appointment Summaries.
• Maintain main file/records for assigned individuals.
