Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Processing Specialist II for the 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:30am) in Chicago, IL. The role involves complex sorting and decisioning of rejected transactions and high-speed mail extraction using specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Able to read and make decisions.
• Able to work independently and with others for all clients.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves.
• Must meet Deluxe standard minimums for productivity and accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Processing complex sort and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions.
• Reject Operator: pull rejected transactions using reports and audits.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning with specified equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and decisioning.
• Maintain performance output per department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
