Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in processing/deposit reconciliation is common.
• Ability to perform data entry, reconciliation, balancing, and handling non-conforming images.
• Experience as a backup to Lead or supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing.
• Research and resolve non-conforming images.
• Serve as back-up to Lead in their absence and support team.
• Maintain and execute control processes for all client work deposits/transmissions.
• Conduct QC checks to ensure quality and process adherence.
