Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Mailroom/Remittance Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 9:00pm–5:30am). The role handles basic to intermediate remittance processing under supervision, operating multiple mailroom and scanning devices, batching transactions, and preparing reconciliation and billing reports.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and flexibility to work off-shifts. 18+ and ability to lift 25 lbs are required.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Able to read and make basic decisions.
• Detail-oriented and quality conscious.
• Flexibile schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime and/or off shifts.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Aufgaben

• Operate mailroom equipment to group work into processable batches.
• Use scanning and mail sorting equipment (I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX, Falcon).
• Batch and extract transactions, invoices, and coupons per client instructions.
• Perform basic-level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing headers.
• Quality review outgoing items and prepare packages for remittance customers.
• Prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports.
• Process work accurately to meet department standards.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to related equipment.
• Handle basic-level transaction sorting and decision-making.
