Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Recovery Technician for full-time night shifts in Meridian, Idaho. You will support patient safety and care as part of a multidisciplinary team, with duties spanning documentation, transport, and activity facilitation.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour plus shift differential, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to implement department policies and procedures.
• Ability to set strong personal boundaries and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, observe behaviors, and report to clinical staff.
• Follow reporting guidelines when interacting with staff and patients.
• Complete daily logs and forms with accuracy.
• Maintain daily schedules, including transport, meals, and transitions.
• Provide patient observation and monitor activities during shifts.
• Promote recreational activities and support pro-social coping skills.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and structured environment for patients.
• Assist with transport of patients to and from facilities.
• Assist orientation of new admissions and special activities.
• Document patient care and behavior per policies and procedures.
