La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center in Tempe, AZ seeks an Overnight Mobile Crisis Specialist to deliver in‑home, in‑office, and community crisis services. You will de‑escalate crises, coordinate transportation, and connect clients with appropriate referrals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in psychology or related field, or equivalent behavioral health experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Two years full-time behavioral health experience if only an Associate degree.
• Alternative: HS diploma with four years behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct crisis services in home, office, school, and community settings.
• Maintain client records per agency policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with health care providers and complete referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with state and community organizations.
• Assist with quality management and utilization review as needed.
