EMPACT-SPC/La Frontera Arizona seeks a Part-Time Pool Mobile Crisis Therapist to respond to crisis calls and provide in-home, in-office, and community-based counseling in Glendale and Tempe. The role emphasizes high-paced crisis work, teamwork, and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in psychology, counseling or social work, with 2 years in crisis services preferred, and a valid AZ driver’s license. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of crisis services experience preferred.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with clean record.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-paced crisis environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home, in-office, and community crisis counseling and follow-up.
• Coordinate care with other departments to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide instruction and training for interns and pool staff as assigned.
• Maintain client records and documentation per agency policies.
• Respond to crisis calls during evenings and overnight shifts.
• Work safely and professionally in potentially volatile situations.
• Oversee vehicle operations and report incidents or maintenance needs.
