Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Supervise and train staff, including cooks, cashiers, and team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and cleaning materials.
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
