Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport/retail setting.

You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, organized front of house while supporting food preparation and restocking as needed. This role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and compliance with airport screening and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass airport security and background screening, including a federal background check.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Process payments efficiently using the cash register or POS system.
• Provide information about menu items and answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with food preparation or restocking items as needed during shifts.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
