Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Tech overnight in San Antonio to ensure product quality across all stages of production. The role requires adherence to GMP, SQF, SAP, and safety protocols while performing lab analyses and line checks.

You will work nights 5:45pm–6:15am, with 1–3 years QA experience in manufacturing, and a high school diploma. This on-site position offers health benefits, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for growth within a global beverage solutions leader.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, must be at least 21 years old.
• Familiarity with SQF, SAP, Six Sigma, GMP and other standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Perform analyses on raw materials, finished batches and packaging materials.
• Evaluate finished products against standards and conduct audits.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and reports in a timely manner.
• Report out-of-spec results to leadership and escalate as needed.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
