Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in a fast-paced beverage production environment. You will ensure products meet customer specs in SAP, perform material and batch analyses, and uphold GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include audits, line checks, test records, calibration, and reporting. Requires 1–3 years in QA and at least 21 for alcohol packaging sites; high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Ensure products conform to customer specifications in SAP.
• Perform analyses on raw materials, finished batches, treated water and other programmed outlines.
• Conduct chemical and physical analysis on materials and determine status as acceptable or not.
• Evaluate finished products against standards via audits of packaging integrity.
• Check process control parameters and equipment operation.
• Stop production if Food Safety concerns arise and alert management.
• Maintain accurate test records and complete reports (work orders, action reports).
• Perform analytical tests to qualify ingredient batches.
• Perform production line checks at specified intervals.
• Ensure proper operation and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness at all times.
• Report out-of-spec results to leadership.
• Complete special projects as assigned by leadership.
