Job summary

REFRESCO is seeking an Overnight Quality Technician to support production in Texas. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, performing material analyses, and maintaining strict GMP adherence during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, calibrations, and timely reporting of any out-of-spec results. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in quality within manufacturing and familiarity with SAP and SQF standards; in-plant alcohol handling is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic quality manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in quality control within a food/beverage or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, GMP and SQF standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Perform analyses on raw materials and finished products.
• Audit packaging and product integrity against standards.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and calibrations.
• Report out-of-spec results to leadership.
