Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in California is seeking a Quality Technician to oversee daily quality operations on our production lines, ensuring food safety and compliance with SQF and SAP-based specifications.

You will perform analyses on raw materials and finished products, maintain precise test records, and stop production if any safety concerns arise. Pay is $22.60/hour with comprehensive benefits and a non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Co-packaging alcoholic beverages experience is a plus; 21+ years old for such roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations on production lines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Adhere to GMPs and wear required PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform analyses on raw materials, finished batches and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and complete required reports in a timely manner.
• Stop production if food safety concerns arise and alert management.
