Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Supervisor for our New Albany, Ohio facility. You will lead in-process and final inspections, mentor QC staff, and support regulatory compliance on the night shift.

This role emphasizes strict adherence to quality systems and continuous improvement on the production floor. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QC/QA within pharmaceutical manufacturing, strong documentation skills, and a willingness to obtain a Pharmacy Technician license if

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QC/QA in a non-sterile pharma environment.
• Strong knowledge of USP <795> and cGMP practices.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biology or related field preferred.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain within 6 months (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-process and final product inspections across the compounding process.
• Ensure material and product compliance through checks and records.
• Assist investigations for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Perform equipment verifications and support calibration schedules.
• Maintain audit readiness and support internal/third-party audits.
• Train staff on QC procedures and maintain quality records.
• Draft and revise SOPs and work instructions.
