Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to join our Quality team at our New Albany, Ohio facility. The role focuses on night shift oversight of in-process and final product inspections within a non-sterile compounding environment.

You will supervise QA activities, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with USP and cGMP standards while maintaining rigorous documentation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in quality control/assurance in pharma or non-sterile compounding.
• Strong USP <795> and cGMP knowledge.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-process and final product inspections across stages of compounding.
• Ensure material and product compliance through checks and documentation reviews.
• Assist investigations for non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints.
