Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Unit in New Albany, Ohio. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure products align with QA policies, USP, SOPs, and cGMP standards on the floor and in the laboratory.

The role focuses on inspections, testing, line clearance, and data reporting, with responsibilities ranging from raw materials to finished product. Prior QA experience in regulated environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemistry, microbiology, biology, quality management, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in quality assurance/control, process/quality engineering, and/or product formulation.
• Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Perform in process and post production quality checks, including testing in compounding suites.
• Provide reports and trending data to QA management.
• Support change control, investigations, and document reviews.
