Job summary

Celgard, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a QC Lab Tech to join the Quality team. You will perform quality testing on plastic separator products, support manufacturing alignment with automotive requirements, and maintain a safe, compliant quality lab.

This night-shift role on a 2-2-3 schedule runs 6:00 pm–6:00 am. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year lab experience, is proficient with MS Office, and can document results clearly while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab experience required.
• Quality control testing experience preferred.
• ISO quality systems knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong math skills and unit conversions.
• Experience with polymers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and non-routine QC tests (physical and chemical).
• Maintain calibration status of equipment.
• Document data and observations accurately.
• Prepare data certificates for COA shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized lab and ensure safety.
