Job summary

Ultium Cells LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for night shift to lead quality lab activities in a high-tech battery manufacturing facility. You will oversee 7–18 hourly inspectors, ensure product quality, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement in a highly automated environment.

The role requires strong communication across multi-functional teams, familiarity with QC methods, and the ability to work a 12-hour night crew schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or CS field.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes and SPC.
• Experience with SOP, Control Plan, CTQ.
• Familiarity with GD&T and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manages floor operations for assigned quality labs.
• Ensure compliance for plant safety and environmental regulations; implement safety processes and initiatives.
• Maintain safety/quality culture through audits, observations, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate activities of employees engaged in quality inspection of components.
