Celgard, LLC seeks an Associate Manufacturing Tech – Night Shift in Concord, NC. You will work a 12-hour night schedule (5:50pm–6:00am) on a 2-2-3 cycle, reporting to the Production Supervisor. Starting pay is $18.50/hour plus a $1.20 shift premium; overtime is time and a half.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered with payroll milestones. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Good attendance and safety record.
• Ability to multi-task and set up/operate multiple machines.

Responsabilités

• Operate various packaging and processing equipment (extruders, laminators, ovens, coaters, etc.).
• Prepare chemical solutions and monitor processes; test and ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot production problems and maintain safety/environmental compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and accurate records.
