Job summary

Celgard, LLC is seeking a QC Lab Tech to join the Quality team in Charlotte, NC. The role supports product quality testing in a plastic separator manufacturing facility and assists in maintaining safe, compliant lab operations on the night shift.

You will perform standard QC tests, document results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Eligibility requires a high school diploma and 1+ year lab experience; ISO knowledge and experience are pluses; proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on laboratory experience or equivalent Celgard operations experience.
• Experience performing chemical and physical QC tests for product release is preferred.
• ISO knowledge and internal auditing experience are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good math skills and unit conversions (English/Metric) understood.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and non-routine QC tests including physical and chemical testing.
• Maintain calibration status of equipment and records.
• Prepare data certificates for product shipments (COA).
• Maintain QC document control and procedure forms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Lean/5S initiatives.
