Job summary

Acloché LLC in the Roanoke area is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the night shift at a confidential beverage manufacturer. You will lead quality personnel on the production floor and in the laboratory to ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on developing the team, reviewing test results, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement with cross‑functional partners to maintain consistent quality across processes and products.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, food science, health sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of QA/manufacturing experience in food/beverage settings.
• Experience with laboratory testing and GMP practices.
• Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team development skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities on night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA personnel on the production floor and in the laboratory.
• Develop team members through coaching and feedback.
• Review laboratory results and investigate deviations.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Production to address quality concerns and improve processes.
• Oversee QA documentation, training, and quality management programs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
