Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Hospital/PCT role for the Night Shift at Burlington Hospital. This full-time, on-site position involves 12-hour nights, with a 36-hour weekly schedule.

You will assist in supervising psychiatric patients, provide group and individual activities, and support patients under RN direction. Requirements include a HS Diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology preferred) and at least 1 year of PCT or Behavioral Health experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a PCT or with Behavioral Health in residential/inpatient settings.
• HS Diploma is required; a Bachelor's in Psychology is preferred.
• BLS certification is listed under Training/Certifications/Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety under RN guidance and follow unit policies during rounds.
• Provide therapeutic group and individual activities for patients.
• Offer emotional support and behavioral redirection under RN supervision.
• Complete physical care including vital signs and Point of Care testing as assigned.
