Virtua Health is seeking a Psychiatric Behavioral Health PCT to work under the supervision of registered nursing staff. You will support safety, implement treatment plans, and engage patients with group and individual activities to promote coping and wellbeing.

The role requires at least 1 year of PCT or behavioral health experience, HS Diploma, and BLS certification. A bachelor’s degree in psychology is preferred for potential growth and development within the team.

Formación

• 1 year of experience as a PCT or with Behavioral Health population in residential or inpatient settings, or a four-year psych degree.
• BLS certification is required/training as listed.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure patient safety under RN direction by following policies during rounds.
• Provide therapeutic group and individual activities for patients.
