Job summary

Virtua Health's Burlington Hospital is seeking a Psychiatric Technician (Night Shift) to support safety and care for psychiatric patients on the BHU. The role provides group and individual activities, emotional support, and helps execute the multidisciplinary treatment plan with RN supervision.

Requirements include a HS Diploma, 1 year of PCT or Behavioral Health experience, and BLS certification; a Bachelor's in Psychology is preferred.Hourly rate listed as $19.54–$29.20; benefits include

• 1 year of PCT or Behavioral Health experience required.
• HS Diploma is required; Bachelor's in Psychology preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures patient safety under RN direction and follows unit policies.
• Provides therapeutic group and individual activities for patients.
• Delivers emotional support and behavioral redirection per plan.
• Performs physical care including vital signs and POC testing.
