Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Proofreader to review legal and marketing documents with high accuracy and consistency. Shift is Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. AZT, including proofreading and occasional document processing tasks.

Candidates should have 3+ years of proofreading experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with Chicago, Bluebook, and California style guides. Basic MS Office skills are required, with brand guideline adherence expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proofreading experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Fundamental-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of The Chicago Manual of Style, The Bluebook and California Style Manual.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with following and memorizing corporate brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Proofread documents for errors in typing, spelling, grammar, syntax, punctuation and formatting.
• Update entries into the electronic job submission and workflow tracking system.
• Handle additional document processing projects and quality check projects as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information.
