ERC Pathlight in Maryland is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC I–III) to oversee direct care for inpatient and day treatment patients, providing supervision, meal support, and therapeutic programming within a structured milieu. The role requires flexibility to work across sites and shifts, including weekends and on‑call coverage.

The PC duties include mealtime support, documentation in the EHR, and group facilitation, with a focus on safety and de‑escalation skills.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required (PC I).
• Washington state credential may be required for some locations.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local regulations.
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification preferred (PC I).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health required (PC III).
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience (PC II/III).

Mansioni

• Provide supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Maintain daily program structure and observe rounds and safety checks.
• Assist with mealtime support and dietary needs.
• Document patient observations, meals, and events in the EHR.
• Facilitate group activities and adhere to treatment plans.
• Conduct room and luggage searches as needed.
• Provide patient transportation and assist with outings when required.
