Premium Waters, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations on the production floor. You will manage safety, quality, and scheduling while developing a capable team of operators and technicians.

Qualified candidates have manufacturing experience, GMP/FDA knowledge, and strong communication skills. You will collaborate with maintenance and logistics to meet cost and delivery targets in a fast‑paced beverage environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year manufacturing engineering experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumer products manufacturer is a plus.
• Must be experienced with GMP’s, sanitation standards and FDA requirements.
• Knowledge of several lines of equipment, e.g., debagging, tray packaging systems, fillers, labelers, palletizers and conveyors.
• Flexible hours to manage multiple shifts.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Exceptional communication skills – oral and written.

Responsabilidades

• Manage shift operations and related maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe work group focused on quality, customer service, people development, and producing product at the lowest cost.
• Train operators in equipment operational procedures.
• Determine commitments that production can make, and then execute to meet those commitments.
• Utilize production resources in the most efficient manner possible.
• Follow and execute production schedule.
• Ensure on time delivery of products to customers as dictated by the schedule.
• Set and enforce safety guidelines for all employees.
• Provide safety training for all direct reports.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the entire production area.
• Provide proper maintenance and care to machines, tools, forklifts, racks and other equipment.
• Communicate issues to Logistics Supervisors, other Production Supervisors, Production Manager and others.
• Complete all paperwork on time and accurately.
• Verify time sheets for accuracy relating to hours worked by employees.
• Attend all required meetings and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Must have knowledge of operation of all machines on the production line.
• Lead the team to obtain the best results.
• Contribute as a member of Premium Waters management to improve the organization and its image.
