Qualifications

• 3 years of food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all dryer functions and plant personnel.
• Ensure GMP, SQF, and audits are followed (USDA/AIB as applicable).
• Drive continuous improvement programs (5S, Kaizen).
• Coach and develop team leaders for success.
• Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation.
• Maintain plant safety and sanitation programs.
