Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in dairy/consumer goods, with leadership attributes.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct production activities and resources, including assignments, training, breaks and relief.
• Lead a shift and ensure production of a quality product.
• Maintain GMP/HACCP and safety compliance; document deviations.
