Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Supervisor to oversee production line operations on the 3rd shift at the Harlan facility. The role requires ensuring safety, GMP compliance, and timely production with line workers, training, and performance tracking.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and proficient computer use (Outlook and Excel). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; 18+ with a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook; ability to look up standard Excel documents.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line(s) on 3rd Shift and ensure safe operation.
• Read and understand specification sheets and ensure GMPs are followed.
• Train Line Workers and assign daily tasks.
• Update production metrics on hourly board; manage line checks and quality checks.
• Ensure paperwork for skid tickets and safety cards is completed.
• Escalate production issues to Production Manager as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and balance production with machine repair duties.
