Job summary

RRD's De Pere facility is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to join our team. You will handle final stages of our print production process, ensuring high-volume direct mail and marketing materials are accurately checked, packaged, and prepared for distribution.

No experience required—we provide extensive training for motivated, reliable candidates. This is a 3rd shift role with a $3/hr shift premium in addition to base hourly rate.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for a full shift.
• Ability to work with large-scale printing equipment and bindery.
• Vigilant about quality and reporting production progress.

Responsibilities

• Inspect final printed products for defects and correct errors.
• Package, band, and sort products into batches and pallets.
• Verify counts against shipping documents for accuracy.
• Document production progress and equipment issues daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and adapt to changing needs.
