Job summary

RRD's De Pere facility is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to manage the final stages of print production, ensuring high-volume mail and marketing materials are checked, packaged, and prepared for distribution.

No experience required; extensive training is provided. This is a 3rd shift role with a $3/hr shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to read a standard ruler.
Ability to visually identify and inspect detailed products for defects.
Ability to coordinate hand and foot movements to operate a staple machine.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of a standard shift.
Ability to lift and move up to 40-50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working around large-scale printing and binding machinery.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Inspect final printed products for defects and correct errors.
Packaging & Sorting: Pack, band, and sort finished products according to client specs and postal regulations.
