Qualifications

• Experience in a print shop, direct mail facility, or warehouse is a plus but not required.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read a standard ruler.
• Ability to visually inspect products for defects.
• Ability to operate staple machine with hand/foot coordination.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for a full shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable around large-scale printing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance: Inspect final printed products for defects and correct as needed.
• Packaging & sorting: Pack, band, and sort finished products per client specs and post rules.
• Shipping & verification: Count trays and bundles, verify against shipping documents for accuracy.
• Documentation & communication: Log daily production progress and equipment issues for handoffs.
• Flexibility: Maintain a clean, safe workstation and assist with changing production needs.
