Job summary

RRD's De Pere facility seeks a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant for a 12-hour day shift with rotating schedule. You will ensure high-volume direct mail materials are checked, packaged, and prepared for distribution, with emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.

No prior experience is required as extensive training is provided. The role emphasizes quality control, packaging, shipping verification, and cross-department handoffs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a print shop or mail facility is a plus but not required.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read a standard ruler.
• Ability to visually inspect products for defects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect final printed products for defects and correct errors.
• Pack, band, and sort finished goods per client specs and postal rules.
• Count trays and bundles and verify against shipping documents.
• Document production progress and equipment issues in logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and adapt to production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
