Job summary

RRD in Green Bay is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to join our direct marketing team. This 12-hour day shift role supports our high-volume print and mail operations, with emphasis on final stages of production, quality control, and timely distribution.

No prior experience is required as we provide extensive training. You will inspect finished products, assist with packaging, verify counts and weights, document daily progress, and keep a clean, safe workspace while

Qualifications

Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication/division) to perform daily calculations.
Ability to read a standard ruler and verify measurements.
Ability to visually inspect printed materials for defects and ensure quality.
Comfort with operating staple machines and supporting assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: inspect final printed products for defects and correct issues as they occur.
Packaging & Sorting: pack, band, and sort finished products per client specs.
Shipping & Verification: count trays/bundles and verify against shipping documents.
Documentation & Communication: log daily production progress and issues for handoffs.
Flexibility: maintain a clean, safe workstation and assist with evolving production needs.
Other duties as assigned by management.
