Position: Porter, $17.00-$18.51

Roseville Commons Senior Living is seeking a Porter to join our team. This part-time, benefit-eligible position has scheduled hours from Sunday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 11 PM.

Job Summary:

Works closely with the Community Administrator and on-site team to ensure the community is clean, well-maintained, and in accordance with RSI standards. The Porter is responsible for building security and is the first point of contact for emergencies.

Job Duties:

• Respond to emergency calls via pull cord or pendant system.
• Serve as the main contact for after-hours phone calls.
• Maintain cleanliness of building grounds, sidewalks, outside entrances, and patio furniture.
• Clean and upkeep common areas, including kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, exercise rooms, library, and game room.
• Manage trash and recycling properly.
• Perform periodic walk-throughs to ensure building security.
• Read and report in the logbook each shift for accurate communication.
